Jammu & Kashmir, 30th. January 2024: In a prestigious ceremony held at Mubarak Mandi, Jammu & Kashmir, the Hon’ble Lt. Governor, Shri Manoj Sinha, presented the Mahatma Gandhi Seva Puraskar 2024 to deserving local social activists, marking a significant recognition of their outstanding contributions to society. Among the esteemed recipients was Syed Basharat Hussain, a prominent figure in Jammu & Kashmir, alongside other noteworthy individuals, and the event was graced by the presence of Dr. S P Varma (Padmashri), the President of Gandhi Global Family (GGF) Jammu & Kashmir.
